Данная статья посвящена анализу типологии методов научного познания в юридической области, как сложной организованной системы. Рассмотрены основные виды методов познания, а также выявлена их взаимосвязь с методикой и современным подходом к обработке эмпирического материала. На основе взаимосвязи методов и методики научного познания в статье предложена интегративная модель исследования в правовой сфере, где эмпирический сбор, аналитическая обработка и теоретическая интерпретация рассматриваются, как единый, цельный и взаимосвязанный механизм научного познания в юридической науке.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the typology of methods of scientific knowledge in the legal field, as a complex organized system. The main types of methods of cognition are considered, and their relationship with the methodology and the modern approach to processing empirical material is revealed. Based on the interconnection of methods and methods of scientific knowledge, the article proposes an integrative model of research in the legal field, where empirical collection, analytical processing and theoretical interpretation are considered as a single, integral and interconnected mechanism of scientific knowledge in legal science.
