Itidentifies a contradiction between technology-neutral permission to use e-learning and the lack of special safeguards for content generation, assessment and student-data processing. A four-tier admissibility model is proposed: auxiliary use, conditionally permissible co-creative use, prohibited substitutive use and high-risk institutional use. The article develops a materiality test for AIinvolvement, allocates responsibility among students, teachers, educational institutions and system providers, and proposes amendments to Russian education legislation concerning transparency, human review, disclosure and risk-based local regulation.</p>
59</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Конституция Российской Федерации: при нята всенародным голосованием 12 декабря 1993 г.
